1 Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias CLE credit
This program has been approved for non-transitional credits
 
This program will examine how jury pools are formed and why diversity in jury selection is essential to a fair trial. Panelists from the bench and bar will discuss the legal, procedural, and societal barriers to inclusive juries and how these issues can affect case outcomes. You will gain insights into the importance of representative juries and practical strategies to promote equity in jury selection.
