WIN WHEN YOU BEGIN!

Are you a new lawyer and want to succeed? Do you want to know how to properly intake a new client, do a quick and cost-effective investigation, screen cases, and get all the records you need to properly  draft pleadings and move your case?  Do you want to avoid the minefield and pitfalls of PI practice? Do you want good forms to help you draft pleadings, and learn some basics of conducting EBTs and prepping your clients ?

Do you want to avoid learning the "hard way" and making critical mistakes? Experienced lawyers are here to help you benefit from their years of attending the University of Adversity a/k/a School of Hard Knocks & how to do things better.

Discovery/Preliminary Conference-learn the specific discovery needed depending on the type of case you have, general discovery applicable to all cases, how to frame your Demands, how to respond to Demands served on you (when to say yes and when to say no) and how to agree upon and fill out a timely preliminary conference form.
