Approved for transitional and non-transitional credits

The program will address, among other things, competency and eDiscovery/social media concerns for attorneys and judges, data confidentiality and selected security issues, concerns over the “AI Attorney” and “AI Hiring Manager”, cyber-attacks, the effectiveness of passwords & other security measures, Cloud storage security and related ethical concerns, use of device apps and ethical concerns, and data security ethics related to international travel.
