2 Ethics Credits

This program will focus on ethical issues facing trial attorneys.  The program will cover the entire spectrum of ethical dilemmas that attorneys, particularly those in private practice, may face.  In addition to some “Do’s and Don’ts” for dealing with these ethical dilemmas, it will discuss civility and professionalism in the courtroom, review the most common grievances and how the grievance process works.
