This program covers essential topics including the types of cases assigned to the City Part (IA 3/33), understanding the Part Rules, and the process of requesting and adhering to Preliminary Conference Orders. Participants will also learn how to handle non-compliance with these orders, manage Compliance Conferences, and navigate motion practice in the Part. Additional topics include filing the Note of Issue, motions for summary judgment, pre-trial conferences, and the trial process.
