Store HomeTo Access the NYSTLA Transcript Bank, you MUST Complete the Plaintiff-Only Affidavit for Banks AND the subscription payment.
- Please click Add to Cart so that you can complete payment to access the Transcript Bank. Then click Proceed to Checkout.
- Please all your contact information, and then click Use This Address. Once you have entered in a credit card number, click Continue.
- You will be redirected back to the homepage of the NYSTLI Store and should see the message Thank you for your purchase! You will also receive an email confirming your order and payment.
ONCE BOTH THE AFFIDAVIT AND PAYMENT HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED, YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE SENT TO NYSTLA FOR APPROVAL. PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR APPLICATION REVIEW AND ACTIVATION.
Once active, you will have full access to all documents in the Transcript Bank for one year. After that time, you will need to renew your subscription to retain access.
