The Subway Series will cover real trials and appellate cases with experienced attorneys and firms that have handled some of the most important recent transit cases. The speakers will provide insight on the unique issues that come with trying cases and dealing with discovery and appeals against the Transit Authority. This series will also cover recent case law, including the nuts and bolts of handling a typical bus and subway station case, along with model forms and sample notices of deposition under the new rules.
