From the complexity of the medicine to the invisible nature of the injury, Traumatic Brain Injury cases are amongst the most challenging to litigate. This seminar will focus on proving the essential elements of a TBI case with an emphasis on how to present the medicine and functional limitations to jury, advanced brain injury techniques and how to tap into available resources for the brain injured client. It will also include in depth discussion on how to confront and cross examine the common defense experts. Finally, you will get a view from the bench as to issues of admissibility of Diffusion Tensor Imaging and testimony from the defense neuropsychologist. Presentations will be from an attorney that specializes in litigating brain injury cases, a renowned physiatrist renowned in the field of brain injury rehabilitation as well as from a Supreme Court Judge
