3 Skills CLE Credits

Every month we read the Jury Verdict Reporter and read about cases where juries have awarded six and even seven figure verdicts to plaintiffs whose injuries are non-surgical herniated disc, torn meniscus or torn rotator cuffs. Those same volumes contain write-ups of cases where juries award little or no money to plaintiffs with the same injuries on paper as those six and seven figure verdicts. What are the differences between the cases? Why are some non-surgical cases winners and others not? In this CLE we will examine the difference between cases that succeed and those that do not. We will help you to determine which cases to take to trial and which to avoid. These issues will be examined from all sides of the Bench/Bar.
