Seminar Overview
Pre and post preliminary conference considerations involving the entire range of Article 31 devices, the controlling case law and methods useful to make a prima facie case, defense or affirmative defense will be addressed. Pattern Jury Instructions will be referenced linking discovery to its application and utility at trial.

What to demand? Where to find it? How to frame the question or the demand. The answers will be provided in this seminar that includes auto, premises, construction site, medical malpractice and product liability litigation.

The faculty represents a unique collective experience from plaintiff, defendant and judicial perspectives. They will focus on methods and techniques of deposition, document disclosure, inspection and notice to admit that have proven to be most valuable in the prosecution and defense of liability and damage issues.

Time will be allotted so that questions from the attendees will be addressed by the panel.
