This program will address the issues when there are tremendous injuries without enough coverage on the vehicles to adequately compensate your clients, focusing on the causes of auto accidents unrelated to driver error.

Topics will include:

  • Highway and roadway design
  • Applicable codes and standards to highway design - establishing liability using codes

  • Cross-examining defense experts in highway design cases
  • Investigation of defective design cases as related to architects and engineers
  • What cases are viable and what cases not to take
