3.0 Ethics and Professionalism credits

This course will provide an overview of hot topics and trends in the area of Ethics and Professionalism.

Using the Rules of Professional Conduct, precedent, and Bar Association Advisory Opinions, the presenters will provide proactive advice about best practices to avoid grievances and how to navigate the process when faced with a grievance.

Among the topics to be covered are:

  3. Confidentiality
  4. Fraud
  5. Conflicts
  6. Fees
