Seminar Overview

Learn all the techniques you need for a successful jury selection, opening, d8ect and cross examination and summation from a group of leaders from the Medical Malpractice bar. These experienced and successful attorneys will be joined by the Honorable Marsha Steinhardt.

In addition to trial techniques, our respected lecturers will discuss the unique challenges in medical malpractice cases following the COVID-19 pandemic. The panel will address what the jury trial will look like and how the current status of the medical profession will impact jury selection and other aspects of the trial.
