This is a two-part CLE on preparing a personal injury or medical malpractice case that will prove your client's economic damages. We will be discussing how to assess your client's economic damages and when you need to retain experts to provide opinions as to the actual loss and the computation of that loss consistent with the CPLR. You will have the opportunity to ask questions of Judges who preside at settlement conferences and trials, of renown attorneys who represent plaintiffs and defendants, as well as the experts themselves. You will also have the chance to see direct andcross-examinations of these experts including the examination of an economist in both a personal injury and in a medical malpractice case. This may just be the best CLE on proving damages you've ever attended.
