    This roundtable discussion for experienced attorneys will teach the tools to recognize and overcome implicit bias and prejudice. It will discuss different scenarios relating to the new mandatory Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias CLE credit.


  New York State CLE Board has created a new category of CLE credit effective January 1, 2018: Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias ("D&I"). Under the revised rules, at NYCRR  1500.22(a), the total number of required CLE credits does not change, but experienced attorneys registering on or after July 1, 2018 must complete at least one credit hour in this new category.
