You will learn how to:



- Improve your skills in mediation from expert trial lawyers and mediators

- Handle court, as well as private, mediations

- Prepare for the hearing, evaluate your case, determine what demands to make, and prepare your client for the process

- Conduct the "trial" at the mediation session



Which cases should you agree to mediate? How do you select a mediator? How do the mediators approach solving problems? All these issues and more will be covered by a panel experienced in the field of both private and courts mediations.
