Publications

NYSTLI Publications include the President's Post, a peridical publication, sent by email, to members and friends of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Bill of Particulars, a quarterly publication, and the New York Litigation Review.



The purpose of the President's Post is to alert members to upcoming association events, late-breaking legislation, case and personal injury practice information.



The Bill of Particulars, which includes a popular section called "Notes and Decisions," alternately edited by NYSTLA members Bert Bauman and David Horowitz, is a must read for trial lawyers striving to remain current on issues relating to personal injury law. "Notes and Decisions" offers summaries and analyses of recent cases relevant to trial lawyers across New York and is available only to members of NYSTLA. In addition, this publication provides information on major NYSTLA functions, affiliate news, regular columns devoted to legislative developments, seminar schedules, and valuable tips for practitioners.



The New York Litigation Review is designed to aid in the accomplishment of continuing professional education of the New York attorney practicing in the field of general torts, personal injury law, and litigation, and to assist him or her in the preparation and trial of his or her personal injury case. The New York Litigation Review welcomes contributions of articles of general interest to its readers.
